Refund Policy

  • All sale items, Holiday items, Accessories, Custom, Preorders are final sale.
  • 7 day return policy - you have 7 days to request a return for a store credit only.
  • Item must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair or smoke, same condition as when bought.
  • You pay shipping on returns and we do not refund shipping cost.
  • Shoe returns must be in their original box, shipped in an additional protective box, with no signs of wear or damage. If the shoe box is damaged the return will not be accepted.
  • If your return does not meet these guidelines, we will contact you and the item will be sent back to you and you will be charged shipping.
  • Whether a return meets our requirements is up to our discretion.
  • We do not offer exchanges due to our limited quantities of product.
  • If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us at verymabri@gmail.com within 3 DAYS of your purchase. If you do not contact us in this 3 day period, then you do not qualify for a return. You must send us a photo of the defect/damage in your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.
  • Be aware - exact colors of our merchandise varies due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer and smart phone resolutions. This type of situation does not qualify for a return. If you return your item for this reason you will be notified and charged shipping charges to receive it back.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost please contact your local post office.
